Sunderland winger Sebastian Larsson admits defeat at Blackburn Rovers last night was not good enough.
The Swede admitted that Sunderland cost themselves three points after a disappointing show against a side that has struggled in the Barclays Premier League.
He told safc.com: "It was a poor performance - a really poor game of football.
"The first goal was always going to decide the game. No excuses - it was a really poor performance."
