York City defender Tom Allan is attracting Premier League interest.
The Daily Star Sunday says Sunderland boss Paolo Di Canio is checking on York's talented teenage defender Allan.
The 6ft 4ins centre-back or left-back, 18, signed an 18-month deal in December.
