Crystal Palace fullback Nathaniel Clyne is interesting Sunderland.
The Journal says Sunderland boss Steve Bruce is monitoring Clyne, Crystal Palace's young right-back, but would prefer to keep Alan Hutton - who has been impressive since joining on loan from Spurs.
Clyne rejected an offer from Wolves on transfer deadline day.
