Sunderland want to buyout James McClean sell-on clause from Derry City.

The Mirror says Derry will receive 15 per cent of any future transfer fee, should Sunderland ever sell the winger.

The Premier League club appear willing to buy-out the clause for £500,000, but Derry officials appear happy to sit back and wait for a potentially bigger pay day down the line.
