The 17 year-old Halmstad striker is wanted by Sunderland, Tottenham and Liverpool as he deal runs down.
Sunderland have stolen a march on rivals by tabling a contract offer ahead of the January market, but Berisha's reps is waiting for what other offers the Black Cats deal flushes out.
