AS Roma will only sell Edin Dzeko to Sunderland for a fee of around £15million, according to reports.

Sky Sport Italia is of the belief that the Black Cat's initial offer of £11m for the Bosnian will not be enough for the Giallorossi to allow him to leave Stadio Olimpico.

Former Manchester City striker Dzeko is wanted by Sunderland boss Sam Allardyce to partner Jermain Defoe up front at the Stadium of Light.

However, it is understood that he has held positive talks with Roma manager Luciano Spalletti and could yet remain in the Italian capital despite the lure of a Premier League return.
