Sunderland U21 coach Kevin Ball was happy to see Craig Lynch on the scoresheet in their 2-2 draw with Newcastle United.

Lynch struck his equaliser deep into injury-time.

Ball told safc.com: "He did some fantastic things for us and got himself into good areas - we just want him to pull the trigger a bit more."
