Bruno Cheyrou is committed to Olympique Marseille.

The 29-year-old had been linked with a move to the Premier League and La Liga with reported interest from Sunderland and Sevilla in the influential midfielder.

The younger brother of former Liverpool midfielder Bruno told Canal Plus: "Yes, I am staying. We had talked about a move away at the end of the season and the press talked up potential transfer targets.

"I never said that I wanted to leave this club. I love this club and I'm looking forward to next season."
