Sunderland are in talks with Juventus for Paolo de Ceglie.
The Mirror says the Black Cats have sent representatives to Turin to discuss a £2.3m move for attacking full-back De Ceglie, who has been told he can leave the Italian champions.
The Italian wants to reunite Italy Under-21 international De Ceglie with his former Juve team-mate Emanuele Giaccherini, who moved to Wearside earlier this summer in a £6.6m deal.
