Sunderland have moved for Celtic defender Bobo Balde.
Black Cats boss Roy Keane has opened talks with Balde after failing in a move for Younes Kaboul.
Celtic have been eager to offload Balde for 12 months while Tottenham's Kaboul is close to joining Portsmouth.
