Sunderland goalscorer Fabio Borini feels being denied a second striker made the difference in their Capital One Cup final defeat to Manchester City.
Just as he prepared to shoot, City skipper Vincent Kompany caught up with him and made a perfect sliding tackle to deny him inside the penalty area.
"I could have scored the second one," said Borini ruefully.
"I was waiting for the keeper and defender to make a decision, but they worked well together and he made a good tackle to get me before I got to the ball."
But he insisted: "I want to come back here! I want to play at Wembley again!"
