Sunderland striker Darren Bent feels more relaxed as an England player.

From not making England's squad to South Africa, Bent was on the scoresheet in last week's victory in Switzlerland.

Bent, who faces Arsenal today, said: "That goal has lifted a burden off me, most definitely. The next time I get on the pitch, I'll feel more confident."
