Hartlepool United defender Jack Baldwin is wanted by Stoke City and Sunderland.
The London-born centre-back, 20, is impressing for Pools boss Colin Cooper this season.
Cooper said: "If a Premier League club came knocking for Jack, I don't think I'm the sort of person who could turn down that dream for him.
"It would benefit him and us. It's the same with any of our players."
