David Moberg Karlsson has surprised himself with the way he's settled at Sunderland.

The Swedish winger signed for Sunderland last month from IFK Gothenburg.

"I think this a great team," he told safc.com. "When I came I thought I might have been alone but these are great lads who have helped me settle in.

"Of course Seb (Larsson) has helped me to settle in but so have all the other lads too and its been great. Everybody is great and working really hard."
