Celtic striker Gary Hooper has emerged as a target for Sunderland according to reports.

The 25-year old hitman, who is valued at £7million, is already a target for Norwich City, Southampton and Hull City but could be lured to the Stadium of Light.

The other three clubs are only likely to offer around £4.5m for his services but the Black Cats are capable of offering more and could also pay Hooper more wages which could give them the nod.
