Sunderland were keen to bring Inter Milan midfielder Sulley Muntari on loan to the Stadium of Light but it appears that boss Steve Bruce is going to be disappointed. The Ghana international and former Portsmouth player is unsettled at the San Siro and appears keen to secure a move away but would prefer a move to the capital and a possible link up with ex-boss Harry Redknapp at Tottenham.
"If I have to leave Inter Milan, I'll go to London," he told the Italian media.
"That is the only possibility."
