Sunderland are upping their bid for Juventus winger Emanuele Giaccherini.
The Daily Mail says Sunderland are increasing their efforts to sign Giaccherini in an £8.6million deal.
The 28-year-old impressed for Italy in the Confederations Cup but the Italian champions originally wanted closer to £10m.
