Sunderland defender John O'Shea has successfully gotten through a Republic of Ireland training session ahead of their final two Euro2012 qualifiers.
The Irish team take on Group B's bottom-placed team Andorra on Friday before meeting third-placed Armenia in Dublin on Tuesday and have been boosted by the fact that O'Shea is likely to show his fitness.
The Black Cats man reported to Ireland training carrying a heavy knock but was able to get through training on Tuesday and will remain in the squad for the vital double header.
