Reports suggest that Sunderland goalkeeper Simon Mignolet is a subject of interest from Liverpool.
The 25-year old Belgium international has already been linked with Arsenal but now the Reds are reportedly showing significant interest.
The link comes as Barcelona continue to circle for Anfield number one Pepe Reina with the Merseyside club only prepared to put up the £9million it takes to pry Mignolet away from Sunderland if the Spaniard does happen to depart for the Nou Camp.
Reina has already said he is eager to stay with Liverpool which would make the Mignolet deal highly unlikely.
