Sunderland youngster Louis Laing is looking more and more likely to leave the club this summer.
The 21-year old defender is already training with Manchester United but could be offered a trial by the Black Cats' Tyne-Wear rivals Newcastle United.
Laing was born in Newcastle but joined Sunderland's youth academy in 2009 before stepping up to the senior ranks in 2011.
The centre-back, who has represented England from U16 to U19 level, has made just one first team appearances for Sunderland ahead of his likely summer departure.
