Sunderland striker Steven Fletcher and Celtic ace Charlie Mulgrew have both been ruled out of Scotland's next international.
Fletcher has returned to Wearside from Friday's friendly with the USA because of a shoulder problem while the versatile Mulgrew has succumbed to a knee injury sustained at Hampden.
The pair will not be available for Tuesday's meeting with Norway in Molde as Scotland look to round out 2013 with a fifth win of the year under Gordon Strachan.
