Sunderland have confirmed recalling keeper Marton Fulop from his loan spell at Leicester as the Foxes attempt to push through a permanent switch.

The 24-year-old Hungarian will return to Wearside on Thursday after manager Roy Keane activated a recall clause in the season-long loan deal which took him to the Walkers Stadium in August.

However, it remains to be seen how long Fulop remains at the Stadium of Light with Leicester said to have tabled a £1million bid for his services.
