Nacional striker Mario Rondon is keen on a move to England.
Lisbon sources say the Venezuela international is interesting Sunderland and Real Betis.
He said: "My idea always was to leave Portugal to demonstrate my level and now is the moment.
"My dream was to play in one of these leagues (England or Spain) and I believe that I am next to fulfill this objective."
