Sunderland are pushing to land PSG striker Mevlut Erdinc.

The Daily Mail says Turkey international Erdinc has been struggling to make an impression at Paris St Germain as the stars continue to be attracted to France and his representatives look to find him a high-profile club.

The 24-year-old may not be keen on a permanent move to the North East but a loan deal could be a possibility to suit all parties until the summer.
