Sunderland plan to beat all-comers for Reading's Lita

Sunderland are moving for unsettled Reading striker Leroy Lita.

The Sun says the Royals star is looking to quit the Madejski Stadium after falling out of favour with Steve Coppell.

And that has alerted a host of clubs including Portsmouth and Middlesbrough, who are both eyeing up £4million bids this month.

But Sunderland boss Keane, with more than £20m to spend in the transfer window, will have no hesitation in beating off both bids to take Lita, 23, to Wearside.
