Portsmouth boss Paul Hart has revealed that Sunderland are the only club to put forward a reasonable offer for Peter Crouch.
Recent reports suggest Crouch would not move to the Stadium of Light but Hart says that the other two clubs involved, Fulham and Tottenham, have not made acceptable bids.
However, Hart is adamant that Crouch will leave Fratton Park amidst all the uncertainty the club is facing off-field.
"I think not. I think Peter will leave," he told Sky Sports News.
"I think we have only accepted one bid and that is from Sunderland.
"Peter was fantastic during the three months that I was caretaker manager last season and we will be sorry to lose him.
"Everybody wants to keep their best players but we have to be realistic."
