Manchester United have received a bid from Sunderland for striker Louis Saha.

The Telegraph says United are reported to have received a £10 million bid for Saha from Sunderland.

The French striker, 29, has said he will give manager Roy Keane an answer in the coming days, and will no doubt have been impressed with the ambition Sunderland are showing ahead of their opening game on 16 August against Liverpool. The out-of-favour United player will also be tempted by the opportunity for regular first-team starts.
