Sunderland and Newcastle United have been told to forget about trying to lure Atletico Madrid striker Diego Forlan back to the Premiership.
The North East rivals both fancy Atletico Madrid's Uruguayan ace, 29.
Yet an Atletico source told The Sun: "There have been calls from England but Diego isn't interested.
"He wants to stay and play in the Champions League."
