Sunderland have tabled a £5 million bid for West Brom defensive pair Paul Robinson and Paul McShane.
The Daily Express says West Brom are holding out for more than the £5million Sunderland have offered for Robinson and McShane after spending £1m on Celtic's Craig Beattie.
