Sunderland youngster Adam Mitchell hopes to see more first team action this season.
Mitchell was a late substitute on the final day of the 2012-13 Barclays Premier League campaign against Tottenham Hotspur; becoming the third academy graduate to make his debut in the season.
And the County Durham-born youngster says he is more determined than ever to get another first-team opportunity.
"It was one of those experiences I'll never-ever forget," the 19-year-old told safc.com. "Obviously now I've played in the Premier League and people can't take that away from me.
"I've done what I wanted to and it's just about kicking on.
"I've had the taste of it and I can say I've done it - I know what I need to do to work towards it again."
