Sunderland midfielder Seb Larsson insists losing never gets any easier.
The Black Cats were beaten 4-2 by Leicester City in the opening game of the 2015/16 Premier League season on Saturday in an extremely disappointing beginning to the new campaign.
There has been criticism from all angles directed at the Wearside club, which Larsson understands, but the Sweden international says there will be no shying away from the playing group as they look ahead to this weekend's home encounter with top flight returnees Norwich City.
"You never get used to that feeling," said Larsson.
"You might think as players we've seen it all before but that honestly doesn't make it any easier to bear.
"It is still as bad and the day it stops feeling that bad is the day you need to start thinking about doing something else.
"It is not nice but the reality is you have to go through it. You can't hide away. You have to confront it head on and move on."
