A host of Premiership clubs are chasing Shakhtar Donetsk fullback Razvan Rat.

Sunderland, Manchester City and, to a lesser degree, Newcastle, have all been in contact with Shakhtar this summer about Rat's situation.

The Romania international wants a move before the summer market shuts and is keen on a switch to England.
