Sunderland are launching a £4 million bid for Swansea City striker Danny Graham.
The Daily Mail says a deal could have been completed over the weekend but for Swansea being held up in their efforts to sign Kenwyne Jones as replacement.
Swansea still hope to reach an agreement with Stoke for Jones.
