Sunderland have lost European scout Humphrey Rudge to PSV Eindhoven.
Rudge has left the Black Cats to immediately start work at PSV, says De Limburger.
At Sunderland, Rudge covered Germany, Belgium and southern Netherlands and will now do the same at PSV, reporting on potential transfer targets weekly.
