Sunderland looking to outbid West Ham for Fenerbahce ace Sow

Sunderland are looking to out-flank Premier League rival West Ham United to the signature of Fenerbache striker Moussa Sow.

The Black Cats have already had one offer rejected by Sow´s Turkish club Fenerbache but are set to return with a bid of around £14million.

Sow scored 16 goals for Fener last season and having revealed his desire to play in the Premier League is attracting offers from both Sunderland and West Ham.

As West Ham are yet to act on their interest for the Senegalese international, Sunderland boss Dick Advocaat believes he can land the striker ahead of his rivals by moving quickly.

Fenerbache may be happy to release Sow after signing former Arsenal and Manchester United striker Robin van Persie.
