Sunderland are in talks for Trabzonspor striker Dame N'Doye.

The Mail on Sunday says Sam Allardyce is desperate to bolster his attacking options ahead of the January transfer deadline and is hot on N'Doye's heels.

Talks between both clubs are ongoing, but the Black Cats are confident of landing the 30-year-old on loan until the end of the season.

The Senegal international signed for Hull City during the previous winter transfer window, scoring five times for Steve Bruce's side.
