Sunderland, Forest watching St Mirren teen Kyle McAllister

Sunderland are watching St Mirren teenage winger Kyle McAllister.

The Daily Mail says Nottingham Forest and Sunderland are among the clubs queuing to watch McAllister.

The talented teenager broke into St Mirren's first team last season and has continued to show progress under the tutelage of his manager Jack Ross.

McAllister grabbed the headlines last month with an impressive individual goal in their recent 5-1 Scottish Cup win over Spartans.

A Scotland youth international, 17-year-old McAllister can play on either wing or behind the striker and attracted scouts from Leicester and Aston Villa in the summer, while Scottish Premier League sides are also keen.
