Patrick Bamford is set to be on the move from Chelsea.
The Daily Mirror says Bamford is being eyed by Premier League rivals Sunderland.
He won the Championship Player of the Year prize during his loan spell at Middlesbrough.
Bamford has not been guaranteed a place in Jose Mourinho's first-team squad despite scoring 19 goals in the second-tier.
