Galatasaray attacker Bruma is back on the agenda of Premier League clubs.
The Daily Star says Bruma will be available for just £8m in the January.
Turkish sources say the Portuguese starlet is up for grabs during the winter transfer window after failing to establish himself in the club's first team.
It is believed the Turkish giants are looking to recoup the fee they paid Sporting Lisbon for Bruma and Chelsea, Manchester United, Everton, Sunderland and West Ham have all previously been linked with him.
His agent, Kirdemir Marco, revealed: "Sunderland wanted Bruma on loan in January and last summer, Monaco and Everton also wanted to have him on loan. There are a lot of clubs who are attentive to the situation of the player."
