Sunderland defender Michael Turner was delighted with their cleansheet in FA Cup victory over Arsenal.
The Gunners were victorious on Wearside in the Barclays Premier League ahead of this past weekend's FA Cup with Budweiser game, but lightening did not strike twice as Sunderland got the better of Arsene Wenger's side second time round.
"We were disappointed with the result of the league game, but before that fixture we had a very tough midweek game in the Cup against Middlesbrough.
"We felt fitter and stronger ahead of the FA Cup game with Arsenal and confident that we could win it."Turner told safc.com: "The win over Arsenal was very pleasing, after playing them the previous weekend we knew exactly what to expect.
