Sunderland defender Michael Turner is looking forward to today's promotion playoff between Reading and Swansea City.
Turner has one piece of advice for this weekend's Npower Championship play-off finalists - keep your cool.
The defender is ideally placed to dispense words of wisdom having come out on top with Hull against Bristol City in a pressure-cooker atmosphere at Wembley in 2008.
"It can be difficult but if you're in a good team with a good manager he will make sure there are no distractions," he told safc.com.
"It's a huge game, so it's important that the players conduct themselves well as individuals and try not to feel the pressure.
"Personally I treated it as a normal game, although I look back and see how huge it was.
"At the time, though, my only focus was on the task and the 90 minutes in front of me."
