Sunderland defender Michael Turner is looking forward to tonight's FA Cup replay with Middlesbrough.

Martin O'Neill's men have won both of their league games since the cup stalemate but Turner is expecting Boro to come out and have a crack at their near neighbours once again.

"We're gearing ourselves up now and everyone is desperate to win the game," he told "We will be giving it our all to try and make sure that happens.

"The Stoke game took a lot out of us with the whole situation but now we will dust ourselves down and go again.

"Boro are a difficult side to play against and are doing well near the top of the Championship.

"The first game was a tough test and we'll need to make sure we take the right approach. If we can continue doing what we have been doing, we will get through."
