Sunderland are confident completing a deal for Swansea City striker Danny Graham today.

The Daily Mail says Sunderland will complete the £5.5million transfer of Graham from Swansea.

The striker has travelled up from Wales and is due to have a medical on Wearside on Thursday morning.

Graham, 27, played against Sunderland on Tuesday but has remained Martin O'Neill's No 1 winter window target despite a frosty reception.
