Sunderland football chief Roberto De Fanti is seeking a new manager capable of bringing out the best in their summer arrivals.
The Mirror says De Fanti was behind the 14 new faces at the Stadium of Light this season and he backs them to be better than their lowly position.
He is looking for a boss who will improve the players he recruited.
