Sunderland caretaker boss Ricky Sbragia is enjoying his time in charge.
The 52-year-old former Manchester United coach said: "I've always wanted to be a coach - I love it on the training pitch, being out with the players and the craic we've got. They take the p*** out of me and I quite enjoy that.
"I like being moaned at. They always take the p*** out of me - they call me 'the wig' and you Scottish this and that.
"They've started calling me 'gaffer' now and I've told them I don't want to hear that. They still keep calling me it - they know I hate it. I told them 'Just call me Ricky'.
"They know when we're being serious and when we're not."
He added: "The players are still hurting from last week. Last Thursday it was the shock more than anything.
"The majority of the players came here because of Roy Keane.
"I didn't see any sign from Roy that it was coming."
