Sunderland boss Gus Poyet says Charis Mavrias and Cabral must consider moving on.

Midfielder Cabral has not featured at all at first-team level while Greece international wideman Mavrias has made just one FA Cup outing - and that almost a year ago.

Poyet said: "It depends on the individual and the demand. It is not easy.

"That is the moment when you need to make a decision in your career.

"Do you sign a new contract elsewhere or wait?"
