Sunderland boss Gus Poyet isn't ready to cut loose Emanuele Giaccherini just yet.

The Daily Mail says reports in Italy emerged on Thursday that Inter Milan are interested in taking Giaccherini, signed from Juventus, back to Serie A on loan in January.

But Poyet will wait until the international break to sit down with his staff and analyse every single player in detail, before deciding who he would allow to leave.
