Sunderland boss Gus Poyet admits he's son Diego's worst critic.
Diego Poyet left Charlton Athletic for West Ham United in the summer.
"I am his biggest critic. I am terrible," admits Poyet. "I do not look at what he does well, but what he does badly. That's just me."
