Sunderland manager Gus Poyet will avoid punishment after clashing with a Hull City steward during yesterday's FA Cup defeat.
Poyet shoved the steward in the back after his side conceded the second goal in their 3-0 loss at the KC Stadium.
The Daily Mail says Hull insist there will be no further action taken against the Sunderland boss.
