Sunderland boss Gus Poyet admits his management style is based on his former Chelsea gaffer Gianluca Vialli.
Poyet says no manager has been a major influence on him but he began learning under Italian Vialli at Stamford Bridge.
Poyet said: "I never found the manager who had everything I wanted - as a person, as a coach, as a manager.
"But I really started paying attention carefully to training when a player was sitting next to me at Chelsea one day - and the next day he was sitting in the manager's room.
"That was Gianluca Vialli and I thought, 'Oh, this can happen to me tomorrow'.
"He was an influence, he was a character. He was very talented in terms of organisation.
"He lacked a few things. There were things where we had a different opinion. I took the good things from Luca but not the bad!"
